Coated in a bright mustard and dill sauce, this smoked salmon balances tangy, herbaceous notes in every bite. We stoke the smokehouse to 165°F and gently smoke each smoked salmon fillet until it reaches an internal 145°F, giving it that bold, flaky, fork-tender bite. Fold into roasted potatoes, or serve with crisp pickles and mixed greens. This is smoked salmon at its finest.
