Teriyaki Smoked Salmon Yaki Udon

This teriyaki smoked salmon yaki udon is a quick, flavorful stir-fry that brings together savory noodles, crisp vegetables, and smoky-sweet salmon. Udon noodles are tossed with cabbage, carrots, and onions in a rich umami sauce of soy sauce, oyster sauce, and rice vinegar, then topped with Acme Teriyaki Smoked Salmon for a burst of flavor and protein. Directions

Cook noodles according to package instructions.

In a small bowl combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sugar.

Preheat skillet or wok over medium high heat and add oil.

Add carrot, cabbage, onion and stir fry for 4-5 minutes, until vegetables are slightly browned.

Add noodles, sauce, and half the scallions, stir fry for 2-3 minutes, until the sauce coats the noodles.

Plate noodles and top with smoked salmon.

Sprinkle with remaining scallions and sesame seeds, to taste.

  • 1 bunch scallions, thinly sliced 
  • 2 tablespoons neutral oil
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil

Stir Fry Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced 
  • 3 tablespoons oyster sauce 
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce 
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar 
  • 2 tablespoons sugar 
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
