Smoked Salmon Holiday Wreath

This festive Smoked Salmon Holiday Wreath is a fresh, colorful centerpiece designed for effortless entertaining. Crispy crostini are topped with smashed avocado brightened with lime, jalapeño, cilantro, and everything bagel seasoning, then finished with tender flakes of Acme Lemon Garlic Hot Smoked Salmon. Arranged in a wreath shape and garnished with dill and jewel-like pomegranate seeds, it’s a dish that feels celebratory without being complicated.

The hot smoked salmon brings rich, savory flavor that pairs beautifully with the creamy avocado and crunchy baguette crostini. Fully cooked and ready to serve, smoked salmon makes assembling this holiday appetizer simple and stress-free. Whether served as a starter or set out with cocktails, this wreath is a crowd-pleasing reminder that great food can be both beautiful and easy, especially during the holidays.

Directions

Make the smashed avocado by combining all ingredients for that part of the recipe in a bowl and smashing and mixing with a fork until combined and smooth. Season to taste and remix.

Slice baguette on a bias and brush both sides of the cut bread with oil. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side in a skillet until nice and browned. Alternatively you could bake in the oven for 3-5 minutes. These toasts will be your crostini for topping.

Add a scoop of smashed avocado to each crostini and spread end to end. Top with smoked salmon. Garnish with a few sprigs of dill and pomegranate seeds and arrange on a round plate in a wreath shape. For added holiday flare, add dill around the plate with more pomegranate seeds.

Enjoy!
