This ready-to-eat treat is buttery, smoky, and oh-so-subtly sweet. To make this smoked fish sing, we start with a premium cut of Atlantic salmon which we trim by hand, season with just enough salt, and brush with a delicious blend of maple syrup and honey.
Then, it’s off to the smokehouse. After a few hours at 165°F, the fully cooked fillets take on serious flavor and succulent texture. In every moist, flaky bite, you’ll find rich notes of hardwood smoke, lingering sweetness, and that impossibly addictive interplay of sweet and salty.
