Glossed with a savory-sweet teriyaki sauce, this Atlantic salmon delivers rich umami flavor with each tender bite. We stoke the smokehouse to 165°F and gently smoke each fillet until it reaches an internal 145°F, giving it that bold, flaky, fork-tender bite. Serve over rice, long beans, or noodles and finish with scallions and sesame. This is hot-smoked salmon at its finest.
