Glazed with Thai chili sauce for a gentle, sweet heat, this Atlantic smoked salmon offers a flakey bite with a flavorful finish. We stoke the smokehouse to 165°F and gently smoke each fillet until it reaches an internal 145°F, giving it that bold, flaky, fork-tender bite. Pair with coconut rice, tuck into lettuce cups with cucumber, or serve over a cool noodle salad. This is smoked salmon at its finest.
