The Top Trout
This smoked trout sandwich isn't just elevated, it's the Top Trout! Paired with cream cheese infused with a horseradish bite, avocado, and fish roe, no smoked trout stands above this mealtime masterpiece.
Directions
Toast your choice of bagel.
Then top the bagel with horseradish cream cheese. If you can't find horseradish cream cheese at your local bagel shop, you can easily mix horseradish into cream cheese yourself at home.
Top the cream cheese with the smoked trout (alternatively, you can choose any of our other smoked fish options to make this sandwich).
Add sliced avocado and tobiko. If you can't find tobiko in your local store, this smoked fish sandwich will still be delectable.
