Directions

Heat a skillet on medium high heat. 

Lightly toast both sides of the bread in skillet.

In the same pan add 2 tablespoons of chili crisp per egg. Fry eggs to your liking (but we suggest sunny side up).

Layer over your toast the avocado slices, tuna, and top with egg. Optionally, drizzle with extra chili crisp for presentation and a touch more heat.
