Spicy Tuna Hand Roll

These easy hand rolls are proof that sushi doesn't need to be intimidating. Made with Acme’s bold and smoky Smoked Spicy Tuna, each roll packs a punch of flavor without the need for cooking or complicated prep. Fresh cucumber, creamy avocado, and matchstick carrots add crunch and give contrast, while seasoned sushi rice and nori wrap it all up into the perfect bite.

Directions

Cook Sushi Rice according to package directions. Note: 1/3-1/2 cup of uncooked sushi rice will yield 1 cup of cooked sushi rice.

Season cooked rice with sushi vinegar and salt.

Cut nori sheets in half, lengthwise.

Add a small layer of rice (2 tablespoons) to one half of a nori strip.

Add 1-2 slices of tuna, avocado, carrot, cucumber on the other half of the nori strip.

Start at the bottom corner with rice and roll to create a cone shape.
