BBQ Ranch Smoked Salmon and Micro Mix Salad

Looking for a delicious no-cook recipe for the heat of the summer? Well, we’ve joined forces with our friends at AeroFarms to bring you something special for those dog days: a BBQ Ranch Smoked Salmon and Micro Super Mix Salad. Just in time for that mid-summer heat!

Black beans, yellow corn, cherry tomatoes, and creamy avocado create a delicious blend of flavors and textures. Top it off with our Kansas City BBQ Smoked Salmon and your favorite Ranch Dressing for a tangy, smoky, and creamy finish that ties it all together. But don’t worry if Ranch Dressing isn’t your thing. This salad is equally delicious with almost any dressing.

Directions

Open your package of Kansas City BBQ Smoked Salmon, and let it rest for about 5 minutes. While your smoked salmon is resting, prepare your other ingredients. 

Slice your cherry tomatoes into halves. Cut your avocado into pieces of your preferred size. Measure out your black beans and corn.

Plate your Aerofarms Micro Super Mix Greens at the base of your salad bowl. Layer your corn, black beans, cherry tomatoes, and avocado over the top. 

Top your salad with the Acme Smoked Fish Kansas City BBQ Smoked Salmon. Drizzle the salad with the ranch, or your chosen dressing, and enjoy!
