Spicy Smoked Tuna Tostadas

Crispy, fresh, and full of flavor, these Spicy Smoked Tuna Tostadas are a quick and satisfying way to enjoy Acme's Spicy Smoked Tuna. Creamy avocado spread with a hint of lime lays the foundation for tender slices of Spicy Smoked Tuna, topped with a bright, fruity mango pico de gallo.

Directions

Make the mango pico de gallo by mixing mango, tomato, onion, cilantro, 1 tablespoon of lime juice, and kosher salt (to taste) in a bowl. Set aside.

In another bowl, mash the avocado with a fork until smooth. Mix in sour cream and the remaining tablespoon of lime juice. Set aside.

Add 1-2 tablespoons of avocado spread to each tostada.

Top each tostada with 2-3 slices of Spicy Smoked Tuna and mango pico de gallo.

Note: If store-bought tostadas are not available. Bake lightly oiled corn tortilla in the oven at 350F until crisp (about 5 minutes).
