Every bite balances cool creaminess, smoky heat, and the crunch of a golden tostada. Perfect as a light meal, shareable appetizer, or crowd-pleasing party dish, these tostadas showcase the versatility of Spicy Smoked Tuna in a fun, vibrant format that’s ready in just 15 minutes.
Make the mango pico de gallo by mixing mango, tomato, onion, cilantro, 1 tablespoon of lime juice, and kosher salt (to taste) in a bowl. Set aside.
In another bowl, mash the avocado with a fork until smooth. Mix in sour cream and the remaining tablespoon of lime juice. Set aside.
Add 1-2 tablespoons of avocado spread to each tostada.
Top each tostada with 2-3 slices of Spicy Smoked Tuna and mango pico de gallo.

Note: If store-bought tostadas are not available. Bake lightly oiled corn tortilla in the oven at 350F until crisp (about 5 minutes).
