The English Language has many lovely attributes; however, it falls short in words that might describe Acme Smoked Fish. "Silky" works but only in tandem with other words such as "Indescribably," which brings us to "Buttery," a word that allows for the image of the smoked fish melting in one's mouth. Fish very soft and falling apart.
We bought the Sable, Nova ( sliced and whole) and the Smoked Hot Salmon. There is 4 of us and we all very much enjoyed each product and will continue to return for of these and other items. 5 stars for sure
Love your sable although pricey and your gravlox. Wish you would have the special poke that you used to sell.
The sable is NOT slced as the picture indicates. One has to fillet and slice it oneself.
