I love Acme lox and all their specials. Not this one. It comes out 100% brown and gross looking...no one wanted to touch it...and when you did eat it it tasted nothing like anything smoked. Pass.

The pastrami spice is more understated and less familiar than the other version, which I slightly prefer to this. The color of the rub is interesting but not as appealing.

You can taste preservatives in salmon

Very good palette overall but you can taste the preservatives in the product which I am sure is unavoidable unfortunately.
