Mike’s Hot Honey Smoked Salmon Flatbread

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 375°F.

Drizzle flatbread with olive oil. 

Mix Italian seasoning in the crème fraiche or ricotta and spread evenly over the flatbread. Sprinkle the Italian cheeses over the flatbread. 

Place flatbread in the oven and bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted, and the crust is toasted. 

Remove Acme Mike’s Hot Honey Nova smoked salmon from the package and cut each slice in half. Arrange Nova slices across the flatbread. 

Drizzle with Mike’s Hot Honey, and garnish with optional fresh basil.
