She brings her heritage and passion for the sea to each dish she prepares. For the Acme Togarashi Sushi Roll, she's taken the smokey, spicy, nuttiness from our Toagrashi smoked salmon and paired it with cucumber, avocado, and spicy mayo, to make the perfect bite.
