From cold smoked Salmon and Lox to hot smoked Alaskan Black Cod, Acme Smoked Fish Corp. produces a wide variety of smoked fish products, that are sold under the Acme and Blue Hill Bay brands. All of our smoked fish products, with the exception of Sturgeon, are certified Kosher.
