Description

Tickle your taste buds with this tangy spicy treat. Our Friends Shelsky's Smoked Fish have combined worchestershire sauce, sweet orange, and premium ingredients to create an inspiring combination for Acme's Smoked Bluefish.

Ingredients

3 slices
smoked nova salmon
4 slices
kippered salmon
3 slices
sturgeon
1  
multigrain bagel (toasted)
1 tablespoon
cream cheese
1 bunch
tomatoes
1 bunch
onions

Instructions

First debone and remove the skin of the bluefish. Once that is complete, peel the naval orange and cut into individual segments. Take the medium sized fennel bulb and remove the green stems and fronds, core and dice into small pieces. Next, Combine these ingredients into a large mixing bowl along with the chopped (unsalted) hazelnuts, mayonaise, and worchestershire sauce. Slowly mix the ingredients while adding the freshly cracked pepper. For an even mixture, use gloves and work through with your hands.

 

A Shelsky's Suggestion: "Combine this salad with our cucumber salad, and siracha hot sauce on toasted rye or pumpernickel bread, we call it the Spicy Blue!"
